Dear Sir,

The Engineers of TEIC across the Third World are looking forward to the Press conference of President Obama on the 100th day of his Presidency. We wish to see that “the promised change” will be stated clearly and eloquently.
We would like to hear that he is very conscious that it was an apolitical majority of Americans - not the archaic, retrograde and corrupted political parties - who elected him. In these hundred days, both the Congress and the Senate have supported the parts of the “financial” Stimulus, which obey to the fake economics of Globalisation. He has not admitted yet that this financial solution is totally opposite to the “economic” solution of FDR that worked in the 30s and the 40s because at that time there were democratic legally binding regulations within and without the USA. I have listed to you some regulations that are still statutory and can be restored by simple orders in council, but are hidden or ignored by the political bodies manipulated by the lobbyists of global Big Business. The main regulations that are hidden, ignored or erased from the statutes are:
- A universal “agreed” standard of value (TEIC proposes to replace the tangible-value reserves in Central Banks, for the GNP/capita, which uniquely represents the value of Nations and their currencies). This would restore tangible value to all currencies in the World, to start a new global trade of barter of equal value, among pairs of Nations, that would lead to global full employment in around 36 months. All Stock Markets must be ordered to stop trading currencies, under severe penalty.
- The restoration of the global discipline of an agreed universal standard of Value leads to the restoration of an international monetary system with currencies with invariable value during 365 days, which must be legalised in an Economic Charter of Rights and Obligations of the Member States of the UN. This new global leadership of the White House would prevent Russia, Venezuela, China, India and many other Big Nations to interphere with the trade of America.
This is “all” the change that is necessary to have full employment all over the World in the next 36 months.
Of course, the lobbyists and their errand political boys would be furious if the President decides to start being the Commander in Chief of the recovery on the 100th day of his promising presidency in an ethical and disciplined manner, with the people, by the people and for the people, and hopefully with the support of politicians that would have to make a choice: “loyalty to America or loyalty to the special interests that have governed America the past 8 years”.
My Third World Colleagues of TEIC expect that we may begin hearing the initiatives of the President to recover the environment, to contain the global warming and to render the planet a healthy place for our grand children. We have offered you a step-by-step engineering approach which is fool-proof and we expect to hear the President announcing his reliance on the engineers of the TVA who saved the American Economy under FDR.
The whole World is anticipating and holding its breath, hoping to see the true colours of President Obama after the honeymoon with politicians. You, Mr. Axelrod, are the most competent, loyal and trusted advisor of the President and you must encourage him to raise above the Washington political bubble, to remain the people’s President and start listening to the Engineers of the TVA.
