ARTICLE TWO - THE BREADWINNER.

In a previous article published in the Breadwinner, I mentioned that TEIC is a group of volunteer, non-profit researchers of the Third World - under Canadian Management - that have deviced the procedures necessary to assure the workers of Humanity that global full-employment can be achieved in less than three years. This will be possible only if the President of the USA is allowed by the corrupted politics of Washington to have approved by majority in the General Assembly the following regulatory legally binding agreements:

- The GNP/capita as the universal, permanent and exact standard of value.
- The definite, invariable and final international monetary system recognized by all the member-states of the UN that wish to participate in the global new economy founded on the principles of Scientific Human Economics, developed by the researchers of TEIC. In spite of the brainwashing of the multinational establishment owner of the politics of all countries, the workers of this Orb need a Global Federation of Democracies to unite the efforts of all the Nations to contain the degradation of the Planet that presently menace the future of the Species. Such a collective effort managed by the engineers of America through the United Nations, will achieve full global employment in about 3 years.

President Obama will be prevented by the corruption of Washington to take these initiatives to restore the regulatory discipline of a global democracy, unless every worker of America and his unions are immediately warning the Congress and the Senate that the next election the majority of loyal citizens of America will elect a representative apolitical parliament. All the Unions of America have links with other workers’ associations in the World and should use these means of communication to inform the workers of the Planet that President Obama needs the whole of Humanity behind his efforts in the General Assembly of the UN. The Breadwinner is an online magazine reaching all over the world; it must be used to communicate the economic technical truth to every human being on the surface of this planet. It must be done with a sense of urgency; all the ecologic experts such as Gore, for instance, indicate that Humanity has little time to redress the barbaric aggression of the industrial corporate vandals, owners and managers of the fraud of Globalization. The corporate Media has a very well organized program of misinformation that allows politicians to affirm that globalization is the only economic solution of the internacional economic crisis. The worker is too busy trying to have his family surviving and has no time to search for the real truth in the jungle of lies, misinformation and brainwashing of the Money Empire. The Breadwinner must become the voice of Labour all over the World. It’s the only informative entity in the English World capable to inform ethically the economic truth. I hope that techno economists of other Nations send their technical information to this very promising online organization, as this Canadian citizen is doing.

The election of President Obama is a miracle of the proper use of the Iternet that allowed the message of the President to reach the majority of apolitical, decent citizens of the USA. His message reverberates on the whole World and Humanity is ready to support him in the General Assembly of the UN. If president Obama manages to persuade the Assembly to reorient the economy towards the needs of Humanity, we could have global full employment by 2015 about, in a peaceful federation of democracies well represented in the UN.

The technical solution is easy, like all the engineering accomplishments since mediaeval times. What is hard is the generation of the political will to achieve the objectives of Humanity. Obama generated that political will in America and now he is the President. The workers of America and their unions must generate the same political will in every country in the World. Like America, all countries are in the hands of political parliaments that are robbing the future of our children. America must impose this democratic political will...
“Yes, we can” must be the axiom of the working class of Mankind.
