Since the 40s when the Stock Markets of the World turned the currencies of the Orb into mere paper commodities, the USA dollar - although always pegged by law to the reserves of tangible value maintained in the coffers of the Federal Reserves - became a paper gadget without legally binding value. Instead has a worth of erratically varying “quotations” which are merchant numbers that have no real relation with intrinsic value. Because of this intrusion of Wall Street and all the Stock Markets of the World in the global economics, the specific punctual tangible value of currencies disappeared to become just another item in the yard sales of trinkets of Globalization, and real economics disappeared from the surface of the Earth replaced by the indoctrination and corporate brainwasihing of Globalization. All countries today (including the USA and Canada) are trading a very low percentage of their potential global goods and services commerce (the untouched immense food market in hungry Africa is not attended, for instance) because of the restrictions of Free Trade and the necessity of buyers to indebt themselves with the World Bank to operate their Trade. What cannot be manipulated with Free Trade and the Foreign Debt of the Third World Nations is contained with the GATT. Consequently, gobalization is for Humanity a global organization of robbers and prevaricators of its belongings in its labour and resources to siphon its wealth to the coffers of a few, like the Champion of the Empire of Paper-Valueless-Money, ethical Bernie Madoff.

The Corporate Multinational Empire of speculators pushed free-trade-agreeements down the throat of all governments that led to the export of jobs from the rich Nations to the poorest in the Third World and to the acquisition by the filthy rich aristocrats of the Empire, of all the tangible wealth of the World. The G-20 are committed governments that sustain that “their corporate multinational fraud of Globalization is the only global economics available to Humanity”. TEIC engineering researchers of the Third World prove the contrary as you can see in all my books available in www.e-libro.net. Through these gimmicks the government of Bush robbed the forestry industry of Canada 4 billion dollars. His bullies refused to submit to arbitration, which is the mechanism that the very Free Trade Agreement proposes to resolve disputes, because Free Trade Agreements are to be respected by the poor Third World countries only; they are a weapon of piracy in the hands of the Mafia of Globalization. If Canada had a non-corrupted Parliament, Mr. Donald Evans, Minister of Commerce of Bush, should have been summoned to La Hague, charged with “economic terrorism”. I hope that Mr. David Axelrod, senior advisor of President Obama (who receives courtesy copies of all my articles) will inform President Obama that Bush left a lot of unpaid bills in Canada (affecting mainly our lumberjacks) and we have a coward and corrupted Prime Minister, a conservative demagogue named Harper, that will not mention the money of our lumberjacks because he already gave our sovereignty, our resources and our jobs to the Washington political corruption, to please the lobbyists of Money Empire.

The above generally describes the present dementia that is called Economics by the oligarchy of Globalization, that hides the real economic void of Humanity since the forties, when Wall-Street took over the government of Washington. By 1985 TEIC was formed to restore the global real economics that is necessary not to correct the phony financial recessions that have been well calculated to siphon wealth to the coffers of the stinking rich at the expense of generalized poverty in a barren, desolated and ready to desintegrate planet, but to start developing the engineering procedures necessary to clean-up pollution, contain global warming, provide impeccable health care and education, in a society of full employment (like was happening in a very minor scale in their 1800s).

The present financial manipulation is insignificant, although is badly affecting the majority of humans in Mankind. The effects of pollution and neglect are vastly more damaging because they are irreversible, if the do-nothing-wealthy-meathead-bums in the present oligarchies continue being on top of the Human Being squeezing him more and more to get the last little drop of sweat out the starving workers of Humanity, equally in Timbuctu as in Detroit. TEIC Scientific Human Economics is the only “Stimulus” that is necessary in this Earth... The other one, totally bombastic in all the corporate media is a waste of time, because Wall-Street surely has another little marble in its shell game to continue its sadistic game of starving people in all the corners of the World, with the rejoice of bankers, financiers and corporate bums friends of charmig Bernie Madoff in schizophrenia land... Without a real economy for human beings, a Main St. economy disciplined, respected and regulated by “statesmen not politicians”, even respectable Obama is fooling himself and he will regret it when the next campaign draws near.

It is a pity that Mr. David Axelrod, Senior Advisor and personal friend of the President, appears to be hiding from the President the copies of my articles. The solution is so simple, so reachable for an Ethical Democratic President elected by the American people not by the Washington Mafia of political gangsters and prevaricators. Yet, we the engineers of the Third World are tenatious (we are working since 1985) ... ...The President eventually will know about the existence of Scientific Human Economics, new technology that we intend to transfer to the President when Mr. Axelrod do inform him of our gift of avant-garde technology to the White House for the President to bestow our engineering procedures to the Workers of Humanity through the General Assembly of the UN. Our Engineered Global Economics is the last technological generation of the international economics prevailing in times of Roosevelt and we all know that such Economics did the trick and the crisis was daunted. Here are the steps that the Government of the USA must take in the United Nations:

1) Have the GNP/capita adopted by all Members as the Universal Standard of Value on which to restore the International Monetary system existing in the times of FDR.
2) Have the Assembly approving that Central Banks are resources of the nations and belong to the citizens, not to the commercial banks, financiers of stock markets. The Central Banks must buy all commercial banks and financial institutions to create National banks to provide banking services to the people in mortgages and loans to small and medium size enterprises.
3) The Central Banks of All Nations will buy all the Corporations that are now bankrupt. Will transfer their management to the employees who will elect amog their own experts the new General Managers and all the Department Chiefs. It is not necesary to maintain the Strata of Executive Management because it has degenerated into a corrupted strata of thieves and is the reason why Humanity is sunk in poverty, pollution and global warming. That fraudulent strata of management must be abolished irevocably.
4) the modern Scientific Human Economics will be recorded in a legally binding Charter of Economic Rights and Obligations of the Member States of the United Nations, that will be the “Manual of Operations” of a standardized and normalized global economy, managed by competent technicians under the tutelage of the UN.

Nor even God can belatedly give a hand to the greedy prevaricators of Globalization. The above actions are sufficient to let the corrupted Empire collapse by its own greed. Every piece of their equity must be purchased by Central Banks to maintain existing employment and to create new ones. This collapse of the fraud is the only possible way to return to Human Economics The four actions must be taken immediaterly, if President Obama wishes to stop the death of one child every 3 seconds, or the increase of the debt of the children of America by a couple of scores of US dough every second or if he wishes to walk the first milimeter in “the change that he promised to the majority of apolitical Americans and reach full global employment in the next 3 years”.
That’s the only change satisfactory to the workers of America and of the World!!!

Since this is the only possible way to contain the catastrophe of 80 years of do- nothing-but-rob Globalization, Mr. David Axelrod will have to wake up one of these days... If the reader thinks that I am exaggerating, I welcome his rebuttals. Read my books and then tear me apart. You are being taught the Economics of Globalization, which is a fraud. President Obama must tell his entourage that if we do not save the Planet, there is no point to continue fooling around with the “Stimulus”. To bail-out a few corporate failures in the car manufacturing will not change a bit the peril on Humanity that the tycoons of Globalization continue imposing on the humble peoples of the World. The real and only problem is the permanent and on-going aggression to the Planet by the pals of Bernie Madoff, and the “economists” of Globalization. This aggression is as strong in America, as in Russia, or in China. A solution needs - a priori - the restoration of the democratic discipline of regulations over all the politicians of the Word, irrespective of their party bosses, religion, or colour. Essentially we have several parallel problems that have no point of contact:

1) The greed of political corruption all over the World,
2) The aggression of the Planet by all the industrial corporate enemies of our grand-children.
3) The ignorance, greed, incompetence and disinterest of the obsolete politicians in all the governments of the World.
4) The present oligarchic governments’ fear to accept that professional
technicians know exactly what needs to be done. For politicians, noicy-demogogic-big-traps are enough. The researchers of Stem Cell are attacked by sectarian fanatics. All puritans that do not understand what science has to offer a dying Humanity, use the Thunder of God to intimidate. Some derailed minds appear to be hired to go and kill those who know how to save Humanity by helping the individual. That’s Globalization, a bubble of ignorance wrapped in a horrifying envelope of arrogance, with the ability and power to rob Humanity. And the Heads of the G-20 (including Obama) call that grotesque, fraudulent and messy anarchy “Global Economics”.

No friends, there was, there is and always there will be “only one” economic process: The use of the human and material resources of the Planet to provide optimal well-being to all humans. The rest is dementia, greed and crime that comes out from defective, warped and derailed brains like those of Bush, Madoff, Limbaugh, Paulson or Cheney. They have invented their very prosperous fake golden mine of Globalization.
The six fundamental principles of real economics for human beings that TEIC has called “Scientific Human Economics” are extremely simple:

1) There is a standard of value (GNP/capita).
2) All the Wealth of a Nation belongs to a Corporation named State and each citizen is a shareholder with equal part.
3) Commerce is made in secret bilateral balanced agreements where pairs of Nations exchange equal value goods and services.
4) No natural resource of tangible value can be sold internally or externally. It belong to the posterity of the Nation.
5) No Nation can borrow or lend currencies.
6) All present International minority ganging-up organizations restrictive of trade must be abolished as all the associations that join countries in the trade or military aggression of others. (GATT, NORAD, VARSOVIA, etc).

There you have it. Real Economics is peaceful, friendly and intended to have countries helping each other like Democracy dictates. The leaders of all Countries (including America) shout their loyalty to Democracy in spite that all Nations today are varying degrees of Fascist Oligarchies - from ultra fascist (Washington) to medium fascist (Nazi Germany in the 40s) that are refining their expertise in robbing each other with the same ability that they rob their own people. In this respect, all Nations are bound to Globalization as a rapid way to achieve fortune and privilege for the special few and the dominion of Washington is not better or worst than the dictatorship of Moscow, the Socialism of Caracas or the Communism of China... They all have two objectives:

1) Rob the citizen,
2) Rob the neighbour and kill him if he resist.

The workers of America have the chance with Obama to return to something resembling democracy ( with meaningful Freedom, Equality and Fraternity), if the people of America, the majority of electors of apolitical-independents and free-thinkers that voted for him, rescue him from the corruption of the bubble on Washington. Now his arms are invisibly tied behind his back and he is extremely well guarded by his gaolers, the political advisors who allow him only to hear what the powers of the bubble authorise. Poor President Obama, he is a very charismatic chap who is prevented to be himself... Politics, you know!!!
Only the workers and the Unions of America can liberate the President. The Unions of the car manufacturers must expel (physically if necessary) the crooked and corrupted Executive Boards of all the car manufacturing companies in the Territory of America and temporarily transfer the management to the Unions. The Unions will have orderly internal elections and the most qualified and experience workers will be elected to General Managers and chiefs of Departments. The post of Directors, Vice-Presidents and CEOs will be annulled because they are a parasitical strata of scoundrels that have ruined all the corporations of the World. That’s the beginning of the real containment of the economic crisis: get rid of the garbage at the top and promote to management those who know-how and have experience.
President Obama will order Congress to prepare an inventory of problems all over America. Each Congress-dude must present the inventory of problems in his own riding, and the national inventory is approved by the Plenary Congress.
The Central Bank that has infinite instant resources, becomes a property of the people of America and is entrusted within Government as a division of the Ministry of Economics. The Central Bank gives the Municipal, State and Federal governments a line of credit a 0% interest and 100 years to pay. (read my books at “www.e-libro.net” and you will find out how easy is to pay back the Central Bank). Each government borrows what is necessary to face the inventory of problems in each jurisdiction. In three years there is full employment in America!!! By 2012 America can begin taking care of pollution, global warming and the rest with a good foundation of full employment and prosperous workers. It is only necessary that today all workers of America begin going to town-hall meetings in their neighbourhoods exclaiming : “Yes, we can”
The workers of America only have to get Obama out of the bubble of corruption in Washington... Solving the real crisis is a cinch... Children could do it because they are not corrupted... Politicians will never be able to do something for the people of America: they are too busy counting their perks, keeping their multiple appointments with the paymasters of lobbyists and preparing for their auditions with special interests in the banking, financial, speculative and multinational sectors.
It appears that the kidnapped-abducted-nobbled and seized most charismatic and good-cheer President will be soon free like a humming bird, by millions of millions of workers shouting: “Yes. we can”... The fate of the President and the recovery of Humanity are in the hands of the workers of America.

The fraud of Globalization is the “pseudo economic system” of the G-20, which Governments are subordinated to the lobbyists of the Money Empire. Russia belongs to the G-20 but Putin is an independent free-thinker and acts as he pleases. He already has warned Washington that with Chavez they will ruin the present opportunistic trade of America... Most likely, they will!!!
TEIC is a group of 250 apolitical volunteer researchers of the Third World under my Canadian Management. We are non-profit and our only objective is to define, develop, and implement the engineering procedures to rescue the planet from the agression of Globalization, to protect our descendent. We want that our grand-children live in a healthier Planet and we try to doodle little pictures to our meat head politicians in technical economic matters that are far beyond their very incipient assessment skills. The politicians in Canada and the Third World are as stupidly ignorant as the American parliamentarians, but just a little less arrogant and narcissists. Some of the Third World politicians exhibit the odd characteristic that they listen to technical advise and some of them are strong supporters of Scientific Human Economics. Putin and Chavez, who Americans consider their most dangerous enemies, belong to the group that respects technical know how.
In America, after the election of President Obama all politicians including the Republicans believe that they are the mentors of Obama, they educated him since he was that high, they all went to the same Universities and they assisted him to achieve his impressive victory. They are in the Congress kissing each other applauding themselves for the miracle of Obama... Of course, you cannot talk to such conceited idiots with an attention span that jumps from poll to poll. The advisors and political Secretaries of Hon. Obama do not fare better; they are beyond reach in their bubble of superiority in the White House... And the worker of America, the poor, the homeless, the dispossess is stuck with a Stimulus which is a trillion dollar debt of tax-payers money being spread to the failing executive managements of all collapsing corporations with the hope that a few crumbs trickle down for the poor and for the dogs. But the advisors - such as Mr. Axelrod and Ms. Vivian Jarrett - believe that the Stimulus is the very best and “safest” gimmick they can sustain for their Boss.
Many of my associates are presently working for the governments of Russia, Venezuela, Cuba, Iran, China, North Korea, Brasil, South Africa, etc. What I hear within TEIC is that the Third World is united and expects President Obama to have approved the Economic Charter of Rights and Obligations of the Member States of the UN to normalize and standardize the global economic practice in all countries, which is what I have proposed to President Obama many times through Mr. Axelrod and through Ms. Valerie Jarrett, both Senior Advisors of the President, who refuse to inform the President. The Third World - if the President continues ignorant and aloof in global economics - will approve a regional economic community that will adopt an Economic Third World Community Charter of Rights and Obligations of the members of the Community. The G-20 can join later on, when reality will force them to pay attention to the deterioration of the Planet. Russia, China and Venezuela will have an undisputed hegemonic position and will easily choke the global trade of America, as promised by Chavez and Putin, sensationally publicized by CNN, FOX, BBC, CBC and all the corporate media of the World... And they are not bluffing, because the abysmal decadence of America today renders Washinton a sitting duck, if the advisors of Hon. Obama prevent him to use his leadership in Global Economics.
When the campaign for reelection is on in 2011, perhaps Mr. Axelrod and Ms. Jarret will regret their nose-up arrogance against a modest Canadian Professional Engineer that wanted to transfer useful and opportune technology “free-of-charge” to President Obama. Perhaps they should go and assist the Republican candidate in 2001, because they are not helping Hon. Obama now.
The Workers and the Unions of America (and all the republicans “mentors of Obama”) must flood the White House with letters to Mr. Axelrod and Ms. Jarret to clarify the mystery of their very suspicious silence... Are they in the While House representing lobbyists? ... All my books prove that Scientific Human Economics is the unique solution for the Human Being, not for the corrupted Washington politicians and their owner, the lobbyists. : The Global Economy of Madoff and Company is telling Obama to rebuild the permanent democratic engineered global economy, which existed until FDR.

The fraud of Globalization, of multinational bankers, financiers, speculators and corporate merchants has collapsed by the weight of its own perversion and its lack of elements that could make it appear a system useful for something, besides robbing every individual on the surface of the Earth. Bernie Madoff opened the eyes of many, by being the most accomplished scammer in the 80 year history of Globalization. His name and those of Bush, Cheney, Paulson, Rice and all those who spent eight years in government increasing the wealth of the parasites at the top at the expense of the workers and soldiers of America, signal the end of an era of corruption, incompetence and arrogant acrimony.
From that mockery of a pseudo Economy, the political powers in the Congress and the Senate approved a Stimulus on which the President has placed 100% of his energies to make it work for the people of America. It is working very well for the incompetent executive boards of failing companies and very little is tricklind down to the workers, the homeless, the unemployed and the marginal poor.
In Engineering Project Management we plan the landmarks of the progress of the job and we write a critical path to reach the completion of the project by the shortest route possible. Every day, the Project Manager with all the Chiefs of Trades control the correspondence between the work done and the work expected in the Critical Path. Variations are rapidly corrected to ensure completion of the whole project on time. Payments to contractors are attached to landmarks in the critical path. Cheques are issued only when the Project Manager confirms that the landmarks have been reached.
What we hear about the Stimulus is that huge chunks of money are entrusted to the failed executives to keep the failing enterprise producing even when there is not a market study indicating where the production can be sold. Are all the cars that Ford, General Motors and Chrysler will produce with the Stimulus already sold? ... or is this a trivial case of artificial consumption not to show a disastrous unemployment in all the failing industries victims of corrupted and incompetent “globalization” executives? As a solidary member of G-20, is President Obama sincerely convinced that the Globalization Stimulus is a solution that will work? America is entitled to expect transparency and efficiency from President Obama, but the only thing reported by the corporate media is the enormous amounts of tax-payers money that go here and there to hide the industrial disaster of America. That is not an economic solution, it is a financial patching-up of the dishonesty and mismanagement of Wall Street and all its corporate errand boys in the Money Empire of Bernie Madoff and Company.
The workers of America must read my books on real, planned and managed productive economics to understand why the Stimulus is nothing but spreading tax-payers money around for Executives to save face. The advisors of the President are having Hon. Obama pouring tons of dough on the self-made financial crisis of Wall Street without beginning to assess the economic crisis of Main Street.
The real economics applicable today, begins by the restoration of all the regulations - national and international - abandoned since FDR or hidden in the past 8 years, by restoring the Federal Reserves as a national resource, which is an inviolable property of the people of America managed by the Ministry of Economics. The Ministry of Economics will peg the dollar to the GNP/capita to permanently assign an invariable value to the currency on which to agree in the General Assemply on a legally binding permanent monetary sistem good for all nations alike. The legally binding and agreed value of currencies render all currencies valuable tokens of tangible value (like a house, a boat or a gold brick). The Central Banks under agreed legally binding regulations produce currencies with tangible value and can give governments lines of credit at 0% interest and 100 years to repay.
Once the fundamental regulations of democracy are restored in all countries, it is time to fire all executive-strata of industries in distress, invite the employees to elect a new General Manager and Chiefs of Deparment that will borrow at low interest and very longterm whatever is necessary to restore the vitality of the industries. New brains at the top having know-how and experience are necessary to achieve full employment in the next 3 years. The ping-pong of money to failed Executives in the present Stimulus is patronizing and humilliating for the working class of America and - sadly for all Americans and the whole of Humanity - the advisors of Hon. Obama are pushing him to global ridicule as a member of the G-20, that - since Hon. Obama’s election - have had meetings over platitude, stereotype and plain falsehood, without a word of sensible, understandable and useful, on economics for human beings.
All workers of America and abroad must study my books in a critical manner (www.e-libro.net). Once convinced that the engineering solution of TEIC (based on the solution of the Tennessee Valley Authority during the crisis contained by FDR), is correct and oportune every reader of “The Breadwinner, E-Magazine” must write again and again and once again, to Mr. David Axelrod and Ms. Jarrett and every worker must urge his Union to persuade President Obama to adopt Scientific Human Economics in America and share it with the rest of the World. That is the only way that full global employment can be achieved in the next three years. The appalling indiference of the advisors should direct the graduates of Secondary interested in Real, Ethical and Efficient Economics for human beings not for the friends of Bernie, to the Faculties of Engineering if they are interested in the branch of Scientific Human Economics developed by TEIC. When President Obama is informed by Mr. Axelrod and Ms. Jarrett (who received courtesy copies of all my books since the day President Obama was elected) that full employment is achievable in 3 years, new jobs in Scientific Human Economics will be created aplenty all over the World.
