Bernie Madoff is the tip of the Iceberg of the pseudo economics of Globalization. Henry Paulson managed to get bail-outs of 700 billion for his associates in Wall Street. Now, the Congress and the Senate have allowed President Obama a Stimulus of over a trillion that is being spent in assistance to corrupted executive managements, as we are seeing in the car manufacturing. President Obama is putting some regulations in the distribution of this taxpayers’ money but they are window dressing of the fact that very little will trickle to the unemployed, the homeless and the most abused citizens of America. President Obama is in the bubble of Washington; the Congress, the Senate and all the political advisors of the President owned by lobbyists keep him tightly managed in conformity with the dictums of the multinational Empire.
The G-20 recently had meetings and President Obama gave the most vague speeches of his life in defence of the empty and totally aberrant pseudo economy of Globalization, as lobbyists ordered all those corrupted leaders that do not represent their people but the corporate abusers of Humanity.
President Obama was elected by a majority of apolitical Americans. He is the first people’s representative president since FDR. Yet he is treating the Congress and the Senate as if politics - not the individual independent American - had elected him. The Corporate Empire has annulled all regulations national and international in all the countries and the global economy is a free-for-all anarchy as abused as the present economy of the USA, totally in the hands of corrupted Bankers, Financiers, Speculators and Multinational CEOs that continue paying themselves bonuses in the billions, while Humanity perishes. The sanitazing efforts of President Obama are symbolic, without depth and are proving totally ineffective.... “it will take time to see the effects of the Stimulus on the people of America...” repeats the people’s President over and over again.
It is high time for the Workers and the Unions of America to wake up and rescue their President from the clutches of corrupted politics. They have to keep in mind two facts of the reality of America and the World:
The “economics of Globalization” supported by the international corporate media with a global program of misinformation and brainwashing, is a fraud managed optimally by the executive boards of Multinationals through their lobbyists that bribe and control all the politicians of the World. All governments have Parliaments owned and managed by the Globalization Corporate Empire. All this poweful global corruption is keeping President Obama prisoner in the political bubble of Washington where even his closest advisors are controlled by lobbyists.
If the Cabinet of this President was ethical, respectful of the Constitution and loyal to President Obama, the Secretary of the Treasury Mr. Tim Gheisner, would have restored the regulations existing before Roosevelt, such as:
-The Federal Reserves (Central Bank of the USA) would be under the authority of his Department and would have already fixed the value of the dollar pegging it to the GNP/Capita.
- Would have gone to the General Assembly of the UN to have approved a legally binding Economic Charter of Rights and Obligations of the Member States ensuring equal economic and trading opportunity to all Nations in the Global Economy.
- The Secretary of Commerce Mr. Gary Locke would have gone to the General Assembly of the UN to have approuved a legally binding Trade Charter of Rights and Obligations of the Member States, defining that no Nation or group of Nations can sign treaties restricting the liberty of any Member to exercise his right to trade freely in secret bilateral accords with all other Nations.
“And that is all what must be done to return to a regulated civilized global democracy in economic and trade matters”... By the way, that is the bulk of the “change” promised over and over again by the candidate Barak Obama. The brainwashing within America insists that Globalization gives hegemony to America. The truth is that Venezuela has had 5%+ yearly growth in the last consecutive years, and all Latin America is doing better than the USA in its world trade.
We, the 250 Third World Engineers of TEIC (under Canadian Management) are apolitical, all believers in democratic representative government, where elected members go to parliament to represent the interest of the electoral district that elected them, nothing else. The elected politicians in America are learned polyvalent wizards that know everything and chatter, and babble and blurt, in support of all the tenets of Globalization which is the enemy of the workers of America. The G-20 are the wisest individuals in the surface of the Planet, that in several meeting have not defined one credible action to respect the Kyoto accord, which is a collection of pedantic words without any significance because the accord tells what is advisable to do but does not say a word on what is the responsibility of each government to contain global warming. The global politics of the Corporate Empire is rumors, enigmatic commands and plenty of verbalising with nothing to report. In fact, Globalization is empty rumour floating in the rotten domain of archaic, corrupted and obsolete politicking.
One of the statements of President Obama invites every American to do his part in the recovery of their homeland. The part that every worker and his representative Union must play starting today is: organize each electoral riding to elect an independent that will go to the Hill to represent the people that elected him and to support President Obama in his efforts to return the USA to a Democracy. President Obama used the Internet to reach every American who contributed plenty of money to assure his election. The Unions of America will unite and build a website identical to that of President Obama to reach every American and to form the mass of apolitical independents that will send to Washington a neighbor of their own community. Obama won the Presidency with the best internet technology available; the workers and their Unions will win back their Democratic Congress and Senate with the latest generation of the winning technology of Obama. Washington politics is the worst enemy of the American Worker. Every worker must start campaigning for an apolitical Capitol Hill in Washington. Revolt, strikes, or manifestations at this time would be foolish and police brutality would be the answer. Endure the custom-made financial crisis of Wall Street for the next three years but win the war in 2012.
Please, workers of America, flood the office of David Axelrod with letters requesting information on Scientific Human Economics and why the President appears unaware. He is the most damaging filter because he is a trusted personal friend of Hon. Obama, and you must reach the President himself. Become thoroughly knowledgeable in “Scientific Human Economics” (the Main St. Economy of the Working people) because it will be very useful to campaign for an apolitical Washington in 2011...

The stages from the present multinational corporate fraud of Globalization to a fully operative technically sound and democratic global Economic System, managed by qualified engineering civil servants in all countries are as follows:

Stage 1) The adoption in the UN of the GNP/capita as the universal, permanent and legally-binding standard of value recognized by all Nations, on which to sustain the final, invariable and definite International Monetary System. This decision of the General Assembly of the United Nations is protected by two Charters of the UN of Rights and Obligations of the Member States on matters of Global Economics and of International Trade. These Charters become the manuals of operations in all Member States that practice Scientific Human Economics, which is normalized, standardized and equally managed in all Member States.
Article 2) All Ministries of Finances or Treasury Departments will be converted back into the Ministry of Economics in all Nations, in charge of managing the economic practice of each country and the input of the Central Bank into the economy of the Nation. Because of the actions in article 1), the currencies of all Nations have tangible value (like gold, jewellry or fix equity). The Central Bank is authorized by Parliament to open an unlimited line of credit to governments (Federal, State and Municipal) at 0% interest and 100 year term. All these internal governments are authorized to use this credit line to invest in the only valuable asset of all Nations: the wellbeing of their Citizens in the form of Health, Education, Prosperity and enjoyment of life. The Federal Government will appoint the Central Bank as the custodian of the assets of the State and is empowered to buy existing corporations to transform them into Democratic Productive Communities. For instance, the commercial banks will be purchased by the Central Bank to convert them in National Banks (subsidiaries of the Central Bank) and the management of these subsidiary Banks will be turned to the employees, who elect the General Manager and the Department Directors. The benefits of all Democratic Productive Communities are distributed 40% to make an instalment in the National Governments’ debt to the Central Bank and 60% to give a yearly equal bonus to all the employees of the Democratic Productive Community, irrespective of the professional rank of each employee. As all corporations now are near bankruptcy because of mismanagement and robbery at the Executive Level, all corporations will be purchased by the Central Bank and transformed into Democratic Productive Communities, managed by the employees who elect their General Manager and the Department Directors. This purchase back of the equity of the Nation will restore in a few years the ownership by the citizen of all the resources of each Nation, and the management of the National wealth to the workers of the Country. In fact, the wealth of the Nation belongs to posterity and each generation has the obligation to increase its value with its work in development of resources and of facilities to improve the standard of living of the people.
Stage 3) The rebuilding of a democratic global technically-sound economy will restore in Humanity the social organization of democracy, respectful of freedom, equality and fraternity. Once full employment is attained globally - not later that 2015 - the countries that today are belligerent will be short of people to devote to war or terrorism. Full global employment and a better standard of living all over Humanity will minimize the number of lunatics that wish to fight.
Scientific Human Economics is a normalized and standardized technically-sound economic System which is as simple as all engineering procedures, which are normalized and standardized to achieve optimal efficiency. Obsolete politicians are not qualified to manage any sector of the State. The operation of government are done by qualified Civil Servants. The elected members of Parliament have the obligation to maximize the development of resources and the standard of living of the electoral districts that elected them.
We suggest that the Unions and the Workers of America must take the initiative to campaign for apolitical independent true representatives of ridings, to ensure that the present stock of corruption in the Congress and the Senate is expelled from Capitol Hill. President Obama is very lonely; the workers of America must give him a Capitol full of ethical democratic independent representatives of ridings, not archaic, illiterate and mouthy politicians.
Those who defend the worldwide anarchy of the fraud of Globalization, have the obligation to send articles to the Breadwinner with strong rebuttals of our Engineered Global Economy. Their pompous self-respect obliges!!! ... After all, they are in the Capitol day-in-and-day-out pouring tons of blab, blurt and babble in defence of the special interests of Globalization. President Obama will be grateful to the Workers and their Unions if they assist him to restore democracy in America and the World.

The Stimulus approved by Washington, is the only step allowed to President Obama to attempt to contain the effects of the Wall Street “financial crisis” on the Workers of America, who suffer the impacts of the “economic crisis” that lingers over America since 1929, aptly manipulated by lobbyists and other crooks to maintain scarcity of financing to enlarge the profits of speculators, bankers, multinational CEOs and the rest of that kind of scamming manipulators, operating through all corrupted Parliaments against the workers of Humanity.
The most Machiavellian disinformation by the corporate Media is that they have persuaded Humanity that Globalization is the only way to handle global economics. All workers in all countries do not know that it is a lie initiated after 1929 when the Wall Street criminals deceived Roosevelt and encouraged him to
dissociate America from the value currency and accept the no-value-paper-commodity of quotations giving a worth to this paper in all the stock markets of the World. This was equivalent to replace a global economic system operating fairly well by a monetary anarchy without head or tail, where trade had to be done unilaterally (not reciprocally) under debt of the World Bank and terms and conditions dictated by multinational “free trade” agreements (mainly of the G-20) that were loaded in favor of the Rich Countries. The result is that today we do not have currencies with a value related to a legally binding standard. All over the World there is only valueless paper commodities, improperly used as legitimate currencies. We just do not have a technically-sound global economy and the void is abused by the Madoffs and the Paulsons of the world of Globalization. The last eight years of Cheney perfected the economic void of Humanity and left the resources of all Nations (including Canada and the USA) in the hands of the brotherhood of pirates of Globalization, friends and associates of the Madoffs and the Paulsons.
The Stimulus is loaded to help the bottom-line-executive-managements in desperate failure, like the Auto Industry... Well, nothing has really changed except that now the President is called Obama; when the previous one was Cheney.

After the fraud of Bernie Madoff and the political corruption of the government of Bush well exposed in the 700 billion bail-out of Paulson to his pals and associates, lobbyists of the Financiers of Wall-Street, I doubt that there is one working American who believes that the Government in Washington is doing something for the Breadwinners of America. All the money of the Nation is at the disposal of the Lobbyists, who represent the multinational special interests of the “economics that they call Globalization”, which now is being proven to be a global fraud of Bankers, Financiers, Speculators and Multinational CEOs.
The election of ethical Barak Obama sent the lobbyists of Washingon into panic: During 2008 when was obvious the victory of Obama, the global special interests spent more than 3 billions in Lobbyists which is a figure almost double that for 2007. (Read politicians and elections at http://www.dufpy.com/).
Since the times of FDR there is no technically sound national or global economy. There is a non value paper with a speculative worth in the quotations of Stock Markets. (read Chapter IX. Mixed Currency As A Standard Of Value at http://www.dufpy.com/ ). If currencies are paper unsustained by a Universal Standard of Value (like the Central Bank reserves of tangible equity in the 1800s), the “economics of globalization” is merely gambling in the global casinos called Stock Markets and gambling is far from being a “technically sound economic system” capable to sustain the activity, development and prosperity of the Main Street economy which is that affecting flesh-and-bone Workers and their families. Washington - even with ethical and honourable Obama - does not have a clue as to how to correct and solve this artificially manipulated financial crisis where all corrupted illiterate multinational corporate managements are getting bail-outs in the Stimulus that the Congress has approved. President Obama cannot give the money of the stimulus directly to the Workers that are unemployed, have lost their homes or have their families living in hunger... No, the stimulus goes to sustain the corporations to save them from bankruptcy, and the hell with the Worker of America, or of the World, which is the same thing.
TEIC Canada, which I manage, is a group of over 250 engineers (volunteer researchers) who, since 1985 has been studying, developing and setting the engineering procedures to reestablish a democratic, ethical and workable global economy capable to assist all Nations to contain the degradation of our planet to provide a healthier environment to our grand-children. In the whole world there is no other group of experts with a complete set of engineering procedures double-checked and ready for implementation. My first copyrighted book was published in 2001. We have never concerned ourselves with the paper manipulation that politicians pretend is an economy. (Semantics is very flexible. You can do whatever you want with words. Reality needs technical solutions of precise definition, methodology and execution. Politicians are out of the league of those who use their heads in a disciplined and organized manner like every worker of America who does his job to the best of his ability). The only problem of Humanity is the rapidly approaching catastrophe of the Planet (read the Inconvenient Truth, of Albert Gore). Compare to that, today’s “economics” or phony-paper manipulation is a game of mentally-distraugh-schizophrenic-child-like-political-zombies. It is the Workers and their Unions that have a tiny hope of saving the future of our children, nobody else.
On November 2008, a majority of independent apolitic Americans (not political parties) elected the President that restored the hope of Humanity to last at least until the next Century, with his powerful and ethical leadership. Our expectancy to survive the atrocious abuse of our Planet by the bottom-line industrialists, has improved a bit because there is a new President accountable to the people, not to politics, lobbyists or gurus. Tiny little you and me have a minuscule influence on the future of our children: “Hon. Obama has said something like: do your part; I will do mine”. This is a handshake that every worker of America must honour, with the assistance of his Union.
I believe that it is clear to all of us the world over, that the problem of the Planet requires a global effort that mere politicians are incapable to envisage, beyond the size of their perks or what are today’s peremptory orders from their master-lobbyists. The bunch that calls itself Government in all the capitals of the World is a bunch of crooks that are obsolete and should have disappeared by 1960s when some good orientations were quenched by those idiots. Today the names Republican, Democrat, Radical, Liberal, Socialist, Communist, Conservative or whatever have only one common point: corruption, perks, lobbyists, special interests. Nothing to do with the citizens nor with the sovereignty of the resources of the territories, which are the only aspects that are the core of a real technically-sound economic system. Thank God the people of America has placed politics in its place, although a lot of politicians are still bumming around in Washington. Now, the workers and unions of America must persuade those illiterates to leave the Senate and the Congress in an orderly fashion and allow President Obama to Govern in the direction suitable to the workers and the Unions of America. They are the foundation of any real economy; the phony financial crisis will not be solved until the workers are restored as the fundamental pillars of any real economic effort. You don’t build a bridge with shares of Wall-Street!!!.
The engineered solution of TEIC has been sent repeatedly to Mr. David Axelrod but apparently, he has not informed the President. That solution is described in all the books of TEIC (www.e-libro.net). All the workers of the World must familiarize themselves with Engineered Human Economics to assess their place in the redevelopment of the Planet. Please write to the Capitol and to the advisors of the President, regarding your opinion of what the President must do in the best interest of the Workers of America, that sustain the progress of the Nation.
Finally, we -engineers- suggest that all the Unions of America should organize their locals to ensure that in 2011 only apolitical, independent representatives of electoral ridings will the elected, “only if they commit to protect the interest of the people that elected them” just like the President is doing. No more politics; you have a representative President; give him a Capitol Hill equally representative of the people of America.
