The corporate invaders of the democratic institutions of government, the lobbyists, have succeeded in the last 80 years of global fake-economics to delete all guidelines, regulations and discipline in the global society, to a barbaric level of erratic, anarchic and irresponsible free-for-all where subservient extreme regimes rob each other as the only countenance of global activity. These governments are not accountable to the electors but to the lobbyists that own the politicians in every parliament in the Orb, including China, India and Nigeria, which are chosen destiny for the outsourced jobs from the mirage of the“powerful and prosperous” G-20.
The fact that Wall Street and all the stock markets of the Orb have usurped the functions of Central Banks and have suppressed all currencies, by degrading them to pieces of no-value paper having an erratic worth for speculation purposes only, have spread all “hard” currencies all over the World to acquire for corporate tycoons all the tangible equity of Humanity. That vagabond no-value paper is used to build subsidiaries in the cheap labour countries to out source the jobs of America and all the other G-20 mismanaged countries governed by irresponsible illiterate ignoramuses with social sensibility of gorillas of the generation of Bernie Madoff.
The Stimulus of President Obama is failing because it is not applied to the reality of American human degradation. The owners of the Capitolio - the corporate lobbyists - have decided that a trillion of taxpayers’ money must be used to bail out the collapsing corporations managed by incompetent and corrupted Executives, such as those in the Car manufacturing industry, who have outsourced practically all the American jobs already, boosting alarmingly the figures of American unemployment.
President Obama, if he wants to succeed as a responsible democratic President, must restore immediately all the regulations - national and international - deleted by a corrupted Capitolio, under orders from their master lobbyists. He must take with orders in council only the following decisions:

- Transform the Department of the Treasury back to a Ministry of Economics, manager and decision-maker of all the economic activity of the Nation.
- The Central Bank must become a division of the Ministry of Economics, with no Commercial Bank Council of Governors intruding in national and international economic policy decisions.
- The Secretary of Economics must order that no currency can be exported, under severe penalty. Multinationals will have no access to credit facilities in America to build abroad subsidiaries to outsource American jobs. A heavy penalty to commercial Banks would apply if lending American currency to Multinationals. The credit facilities of America, commercial and public, are destined only to community development and small and medium size enterprises building clean industries of new products technologically friendly to the environment.

This must be done by order-in-council and let the corporations - if they wish - sue the government. The apprenticeship of the President is now concluded. He has no excuse not to start making his promised “change” right now.
